For transfers and day tours, we require 72 hours' notice for cancellations or modifications. If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, we will provide a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. If we cancel due to weather events or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
